3 new medals at the Concours International de Lyon!
The Lyon International Cheese Competition is one of the most prestigious events in the cheese world, bringing together cheeses from all over the world every year. At this year's event, almost 2,000 cheeses were entered, representing 55 countries.
This year, Maison Gabriel Coulet distinguished itself by winning 2 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal:
- La Petite Cave PDO Roquefort, gold medal winner
- The Rondes des Cazelles tomme, gold medal winner
- And our latest addition: Doline, supple and melt-in-the-mouth, ideal for raclette, a Silver Medal winner.

Three months ago, La Petite Cave Roquefort won a Gold medal at the Mondial du Fromage, while La Doline was awarded a Bronze medal. These awards testify to our determination to combine over 150 years of know-how with daily adjustments, to guarantee exceptional cheeses in all circumstances.
We would like to thank all those who have contributed to perpetuating the family know-how of Maison Gabriel Coulet for five generations: producers, employees, customers and cheese lovers.
