Ingrédients
2 burger buns
2 chopped steaks
4 slices of plain Tomme cheese
1 red onion
2 lettuce leaves
2 tbsp. burger sauce (or mustard/mayo/ketchup to taste)
1 knob of butter
Salt and pepper

de la Recette
Fry the chopped red onion in a pan with a little butter until it melts.
Cook the steaks to the desired doneness, adding salt and pepper at the end.
Place the slices of Tomme cheese on the steaks while they are still hot to melt them slightly.
Lightly toast the burger buns.
Assemble the burger: spread the sauce on the bun, add the lettuce, the steak with the melted Tomme cheese and the caramelised onions. Close and enjoy!
