Bear's garlic brick
Brebis Folie's Tomme pur brebis à l'ail des ours is a subtle blend of the aromas of sheep's milk and wild garlic to bring out all the flavours of our terroir.
Incorporated directly into the sheep's milk collected in the Roquefort PDO area, wild garlic is infused throughout the production process. This is what gives our Tomme de brebis aromatisée its distinctive flavour.
