Brebis Folie's Tomme pur brebis au Piment d'Espelette is a subtle blend of the sweetness of sheep's milk and the character of PDO Espelette pepper.
Incorporated directly into the sheep's milk collected in the Roquefort PDO area, the Espelette chilli pepper is infused throughout the production process. This is what gives our Tomme de brebis aromatisée its distinctive flavour.
