La Brique - Les Cazelles
In its «brick» format, Les Cazelles Tomme pure ewe's milk cheese has a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Ideal as an aperitif, it can be eaten in cubes or slices, cold or slightly heated. Made from milk collected in the Roquefort PDO region and matured for 6 to 8 weeks, it is enchanting with its fruity, nutty notes.
