Beneath its natural, edible, slightly bloomy rind lies a soft, firm paste with an unbleached appearance. Our Tomme Ronde pure ewe's milk tomme, with one from the Roquefort PDO collection, has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Carefully matured for between 6 and 8 weeks, their delicately fruity and nutty aromas are sublime, offering an authentic and refined taste experience. An invitation to savour the traditional know-how of our master cheesemakers.
