Like our plain Tommes pur brebis, our flavoured tommes are also available in «Pavé» and organic formats.
Brebis Folie's Bio Tomme pur brebis au Piment d'Espelette subtly combines the aromas of sheep's milk and wild garlic to reveal the authentic flavours of our region. Piment d'Espelette is added as soon as the milk is collected in the Roquefort PDO area, infusing its fresh, herbaceous notes throughout the production process. A unique flavour for a gourmet, organic experience.
