Made from organic milk collected in the Roquefort PDO region, this pressed cheese embodies respect for tradition and the environment. Its soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture, matured for 6 to 8 weeks, reveals authentic, delicately fruity and nutty flavours. Ideal as an aperitif, in cubes or slices, cold or slightly heated, it guarantees 100% organic and 100 % Aveyron pleasure.
